Peppers are a very consumed vegetable in almost the entire world. Its variety in colors and flavor makes it an essential ingredient as a base and as a side in many culinary dishes. This vegetable is also very versatile when it is cooked, it can be eaten both raw and cooked and it gives us a very high amount of nutrients. The use of peppers in the Mediterranean diet is very common. This vegetable is used in many traditional dishes such as stews or sautés and in other simple dishes, like salads. Like many other products, eating raw pepper offers more benefits to our body that we should not forget. In CINATUR we take care of the vegetable distribution, and the pepper cannot be less.

CINATUR´s star recipe
One of our favorite recipes is roasted peppers with a seasoning. Its easy preparation consists in roasting the peppers previously washed at 180º for about 50 minutes. Once roasted, let them cool for 30 minutes and then remove the skin and the inside seeds. Cut into fine strips and let it marinate with a dressing made of olive oil, apple cider vinegar, chopped garlic, the liquid released from the baking, salt, and pepper. Finally, use this fantastic dish, healthy and light as a side with meat, fish or even in a salad.
In CINATUR we are fruit and vegetable suppliers and we enjoy exporting our products so that you, as a final consumer, can benefit from all the properties it offers.
