As experienced tomato growers, we must highlight its properties, since it must be a main ingredient in the diet of any human being. One of the qualities that tomato has is its diuretic effect, which helps eliminate the toxins that our body does not need. Another great benefit is that it helps reduce cardiovascular problems and the risk of heart attacks. This tasty vegetable helps us maintain a balanced and healthy diet. Its daily intake will favor our immune system, making it stronger and preventing certain diseases.
What is the nutritional composition of the tomato?
Knowing what certain foods like tomato contribute to you on a nutritional level is very important. This food is low in calories; ie for each 100 grams approximately the total kilocalories you take are 18. Water, fiber, vitamins, minerals and sugars in a lower level are also part of its composition. The approximate amounts are the ones mentioned:

Tomato growing period

The cultivation time of our tomatoes and its harvest is from September to mid-May approximately, taking advantage of the cold winter climate for their growth and the spring temperate climate for their maturation and harvesting. Properties of cucumber
Cucumber is a vegetable known for its freshness and it is used a lot in most summer-dishes that are served cold. Salads or cold soups are some examples in which this ingredient acquires prominence and is generally consumed raw. The properties that provide, especially the skin of the cucumber, are many. For cosmetic treatments, this vegetable is used a lot thanks to the fact that it concentrates vitamins and beneficial acids that help reduce skin irritations or inflammations. In addition, we must not forget that it is very light and helps make digestion and reduce the heaviness or acidity.
What is the nutritional composition of the cucumber?
This wonderful vegetable is, like the tomato, very light and very low caloric. Fiber, potassium, magnesium, vitamins and especially water are the basic elements contained in this food. The quantities per 100 grams are as follows:

Cucumber growing period
The cucumber has a cultivation period very similar to the tomato, although its harvesting takes place before.
